We would like to announce that we are looking for IT Business Analyst position be recruited in Mandalay with the following description:

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Support to develop organization’s current systems such as Core Banking System, HR system, CRM system, and etc.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Performing project development tasks such as requirements analysis, user acceptance testing (UAT) and etc.
• Effectively communicating business insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
• Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
• Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure project team is clear on objectives.
• Prepare project documentation such as Project proposal, RFP, Software Requirement Specification (SRS) and Process Mapping for several projects.
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
• Ensure deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
• Work multiple projects simultaneously.

• Must be graduated from Computer University or related university.
• At least 4 year’s experiences in project management or software development.
• Project Management related certification is more preferable.
• Must be written and spoken in English.
• Financial and Banking knowledge are more preferable.
• Working experiences in CBS Project, Mobile Banking Project, Agent Banking Project are more preferable.
• High proficiency with SQL language and database management.
• Proven analytical abilities
• Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
• Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Able to work under pressure.
• Able to work overtime due to situation.
