Job Description

This role holder is responsible to lead the team in day-to-day operation support for the branches & analyse the issue and find out the way to fix the minor issue in a timely manner and raise the major issue to senior level.  Responsible to test UAT / SIT testing for new requirements/ projects which are relating with Core Banking and support services. Responsible to support branch operation, end of day closing and EOC support. Lead and conduct the training section to the new team members. Responsible to handle with end user support needs.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to branches and business departments.
  • Evaluate the day-to-day issue and to report to senior for process improvement 
  • Identify the system related issue and provide the best solution to the operation
  • Perform Management/ Function Support for their new product, change request testing and perform appropriate parameter changes in the Core Banking System
  • Responsible for day-to-day Core Banking system user administration
  • Works closely with the IT Service Desk and other backend support to ensure a timely, robust and comprehensive service transition process.
  • Execute Daily/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly EOC 
  • Support the day-to-day operation smoothly
  • Participate the SIT and UAT testing for the new requirements, process change and new projects according to business requirements
  • Support project related activities on the business and technology projects from a core banking perspective

  • Must graduated BC.Sc, Computer Science. 
  • 5 Year experience in related IT fields. 
  • Banking Knowledge in related IT fields.
  • English 4 skilles is must.
