Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-
being
▪ Responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of
effective methods and strategies.
▪ Perform quality controls and monitor production KPI’s
▪ Procurement of all IT-related purchases, plan inventory and ensure spare efficiency
▪ Day-to-day management of IT organization processes, including performance management, plan monitoring
and evolution.
▪ Recommending infrastructure improvements, developing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with IT
operational policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

▪ Minimum 5 years experiences in the field of IT/ telecommunication preferably as IT Operations Manager.
▪ Holder of Bachelor degree related to Information system, Computer system, Information technology, Business
IT or Computer science
▪ Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at any given time.
▪ Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
▪ Budget development and oversight experience
▪ Experience in running of IT projects at large corporation or MNC is a definite plus
▪ Leadership and organizational skills
▪ Professional certificates such as ITIL or MCSE is a plus.
