Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Setting up and configuring new laptops, desktops and printers, troubleshooting and support
  • Install authorized software to laptops and desktops to align with organization standard
  • Network cabling and troubleshooting and incident escalation, patching of network and phones
  • Incident handling and monitoring and follow up to meet SLAs
  • Ensuring security and upgrades are applied and kept up to date on desktops and laptops
  • Undertake small to medium-sized IT projects as instructed by the IT Manager
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the IT Manage
  • Work extra hours to meet deadlines, as required and where reasonable
  • Provide assistance and support to colleagues in IT-related matters

Key Skills and Competencies required

  • Communication Skill
  • Problem Solving Skill
  • Technical Skill Equivlent to (CCNA/ MCP/COMPTIA A+)
  • Should be able to communicate in English

Related Position Requirements/Qualifications

  • At least 2 years’ Experience
  • University/Bachelor’s Degree
  • CCNA, MCP, COMPTIA A+ in Certificate
