Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Perform routine maintenance of IT systems, ensuring uptime and reliability.
  • Monitor network connectivity and troubleshoot issues.
  • Manage updates and patches for software and operating systems.
  • Provide day-to-day technicial support to users for software, hardward, and network issues.
  • Respond to help desk requests and resolve technical problems efficiently.
  • Set-up and configure workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address IT needs and issues.
  • Track and manage software licenses to ensure compliance with vendor agreements
  • Renew licenses as needed and keep accurate records of software assets.
  • Implement security protocols like firewalls, antivirus, and access controls.
  • Ensure regular data backups and maintain recovery systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets and system configurations.
  • Prepare reports on system performance, help desk activities, and completed projects.
  • Document troubleshooting processes and solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree holder related with Network & IT.
  • Must have minimum 3 years of working experience in related field.
  • Strong experience with Network (Routing/Switching)
  • Strong experience with Office 365, ADDS/DNS and Storage
  • Strong experience with Windows Server
  • Team player with leadership potential
  • Able to perform equipment installations and repairs.
