•Install and configure new ATM software in each terminal.
•Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
•Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
•Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
•Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (E.g software developers).
•Ensure all issues are properly logged.
•Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
•Maintain jovial relationships with clients.

Job Requirements
•Proven work experience with L2 helpdesk support for Window Software Product
•BS degree in Information Technology,Computer Science or relevant field.
Database knowledge PostgreSQL, Oracle
•Must have installation experience: Window, Windows Server 2012 R2
•Experience with System Integration Testing and UAT for software product
•English 4 skills (Intermediate Level)
