Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Configure and maintain Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and related services.
Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365 technical issues.
Design and deliver training programs on Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation (Power Automate, Power Apps).
Maintain records of user accounts, training sessions, and system configurations.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing Microsoft 365 environments.
Experience in corporate training or IT support is highly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps and administration tools.
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
