Able to provide Microsoft office installing, software, antivirus installation, email configuration and networking for Car showroom and office.
Install, upgrade and configure PABX system.
Ability to resolve problems with laptops, printers and other IT technical issues.
Install and maintain Local Area Network System (LAN / WLAN) in Yangon showrooms and other
Maintain Internet related equipment such as Routers, Access Points, Switches, Firewalls.
Maintain and update antivirus programs and prevent viruses to office resources.
Provide daily IT support for other colleagues.
Maintain, repair and replace (as needed) Computer Hardware, Software and other IT related issues
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize network traffic.
Responsible to fix the repairable IT items or send them to outsource services centre

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3 to 5 years experienced in related field
Strong technical skills, good communication skills and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of operating systems, networking and common software applications
