Job Description

> Solve the user inquiry from respective department to get user satisfaction
> Communicate with users and understand the users requirements
> Facilitate with respective stakeholder and vendor in enhancement of the system.
> Responsible to check items of each tasks and share with PMO and internal members.
> Coordinate and manage CR activities and work together with consultants to meet the requirement and timeline
> Involve in CR man-days negotiation with vendor consultants
> Lead assigned module and support to internal members as SAP technical & process point of view
> Manage CRs/ Failure and work together with consultants to meet the requirement and timeline.
> Support users for user acceptance test and training.
> Updating the UAT documents and or review them provide by outside consultants/ vendors
> Plan Training Material and provide the training sessions for both Key Users and End Users
> Monitor the ticketing system
> Support the user manual

> Fluency in English skills including communication and presenting
> Japanese skill is preferable
> 3+ years experience in project management experience
> Minimum 2 years of ERP system
> Required background of leading and conducting trainings
> Min 2 years of HR implementation project
