We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our ERP implementation team. You will work closely with clients to understand business requirements, analyze processes, and help deliver effective Odoo ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients.
• Document business processes, workflows, and functional specifications.
• Conduct requirement workshops and client meetings.
• Configure and demonstrate Odoo ERP solutions.
• Prepare user stories, business requirements, and project documentation.
• Work closely with developers and project managers during implementation.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and system validation.
• Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
• Assist clients in improving business processes through ERP solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand and document business processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation tools.
• Ability to work with clients and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ERP implementation or Business Analysis.
• Knowledge of Odoo ERP is an advantage.
• Understanding of Accounting, Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, HR, or Manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
