Key Responsibilities:

  • ERP Implementation: Responsible for the successful implementation of application software and ERP solutions.
  • Client Support & Resolution: Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person; acknowledge, handle, and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare necessary documentation, user manuals, and technical reports; maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Customer Success: Encourage customers to complete feedback surveys and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate actively in team-building activities and handle other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Software Knowledge: Proven experience or strong knowledge in Odoo ERP software or other related ERP/business software.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet, and Email.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle work pressure and adapt to a dynamic tech environment.
