  • Collect the necessary data to create the service sale order, If need to any necessary data, requests to related departments.
  • Check the create service sale order in System.
  • Provide the data fill the task lists in all service order.
  • Ad-hoc duty if any requirements by department.
  • Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records.
  • To provide data fill the task lists in system.
  • To create and generate service sale order, service delivery order and invoice process.
  • Documents Control all order for service sale repair order, service and rental.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate.
  • At least 1 year experience in related field.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers.
  • More prefer SAP Software experience or other related software.
  • Must be use Microsoftword, Excel & Powerpoint.
