  • Analyze the company’s operational, financial data and the other performance related data using statistical techniques and find the digital solutions
  • Responsible for developing and implementing the solutions as scalable web applications and deploy running environments from development to production
  • Design, develop, and deploy applications using low-code/no-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Design and manage data storage solutions for applications, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Study the current practices of the company and define new improvement opportunities to make more efficient
  • Translate designs and wireframes into high quality, clean, high performing, reusable, reliable and organized code.
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, automatization and responsiveness of the application
  • Perform regular testing, debugging, and code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Work with databases and data storage solutions to manage and access data efficiently
  • Work closely with project/product managers/lead, quality assurance engineers and stakeholders
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Support the team with any necessary tasks as requested or required

Job Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science or any IT-related field, or candidates who have completed all coursework and are awaiting formal graduation.
  • Have some working experience with developing web applications using Backend (PHP –Vanilla PHP or Laravel/Lumen Framework, MySQL) and Frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript – Vanilla JS or jQuery or Vue.js) development tech stacks
  • Linux, LAMP/LEMP stack, git, Gitlab skills are important
  • Understanding of Client-Server Architecture, REST API, Web Application Security
  • Have interest in financial products and services
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities for maximum delivery result
  • Fluency in both English and Burmese
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communications skills in both English and Myanmar
  • Committed, results-oriented, and solid team player
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain confidential information with high level of integrity
  • Able to plan, organize, work under pressure and tight deadline, in a fast-paced dynamicenvironment
  • Proficient in MS Office: especially in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Able to type in Myanmar
