  • To support team for achieving organizational goal.
  • To support management approval on budget/new project/new technologies and to report the project progress regularly.
  • To support IP network planning, upgrading, construction, troubleshooting.
  • To monitor IP network quality in terms of packet loss, latency, reliability, availability and plan to improve to fulfill customer satisfaction.
  • To support vendor collaboration for IP network enhancement, optimization, new solutions/technologies.
  • To support all projects to complete successfully, properly and timely until Operation handover, payment complete and project closure.
  • To support troubleshooting and fixing IP network in case of network outage or issue.
  • To support development of  standard procedure to optimize the process and improve the work efficiency.
  • To support budget planning, payment progress and reporting.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree in related engineering field
  • Minimum 2 years or above IP network experience
  • International recognized certification (e.g. CCNA, CCNP, etc.)
  • Capability in IP network technologies, design, planning, implementation, monitoring, controlling
  • Understanding IP core/IP RAN network architecture, Mobile core/FTTH/DWDM/Optical technologies
  • Understanding of IP network device architecture and configuration of ZTE PTN, Huawei NE/CX/ATN as well as Linux
