Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Checking weekly reorders of shops and making lists of items that need to be purchased.
  • Data support to the supervisor.
  • Strong understanding of the Myanmar market.
  • Responsible for purchasing and sourcing assortment.
  • Support creating eye-catching store layouts that showcase the brand and aesthetic of the company.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Department for new codes and descriptions.
  • Proceed with the return process in detail.
  • Solving product errors by connecting with relevant suppliers. (Approved by supervisor)
  • Investigate the market price and deal with suppliers.
  • Negotiating the costs of inventory for multiple stores.
  • Conducts a comparative analysis on supplier prices.
  • Delivery process and tracking inventory movement.
  • Ensure the right product quality and specification. Run quality control and product testing.
  • Monitoring trends, supply, and demand.
  • Giving information, promotion details, and any pricing discrepancies if needed.
  • Ensuring retail staff are well informed on product details and promotions.
  • Handle all supplier inquiries and requests.
  • Perform any other duties or tasks as needed by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate & other related diploma holders are preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year’s experiences in purchasing and procurement fields and good sales knowledge will be an advantage (Retail or Wholesale).
  • Good knowledge of products such as IT / Furniture / Electronic / Sanitary/ Electric and Lighting / Tools and Hardware / Paint and Chemical / Machinery / Tile / Ceiling and Partition / Doors & Windows.
  • Must be creative and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Excellent active listening and positive attitude.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, sociability skills, and multicultural skills.
  • Must be able to travel to required branch offices.
