  • ရောင်းချမည့်ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများအား ဂိုထောင်နှင့်ချိတ်ဆက်ထုတ်ယူရန်။
  • အရောင်းငွေများအား စစ်ဆေးလက်ခံပြီး တာဝန်ယူသိမ်းဆည်းရန်။
  • အရောင်းပြီးဆုံးပါက အရောင်းကားပေါ်ရှိလက်ကျန်ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများအား ဂိုထောင်သို့ပြန်လည်အပ်နံရန်။
  • အရောင်းငွေများ၊ အရောင်းစာရင်းများ၊ အခြားလိုအပ်သောအချက်အလက်များနှင့် ပစ္စည်းများအား သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဌာနအတွင်း (သို့) အခြားဌာနများနှင့်ချိတ်ဆက်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်နှင့် အပ်နှံစာရင်းရှင်းရန်။
  • သတ်မှတ်ကာလများအလိုက် သတ်မှတ်ထားသော အရောင်းပမာဏများအား သိရှိနားလည်ရန်၊ ၄င်းအရောင်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်ပမာဏ ရရှိအောင်နှင့် ယခင်နှစ်ကာလတူ အရောင်းပမာဏထက်ပိုမိုရောင်းချနိုင်ရန် လိုအပ်သောပြင်ဆင်မှုများပြုလုပ်ရန်။
