Job Description

  • Manage sales and spending for Modern Trade channel
  • Manage visibility for all outlets
  • Must be responsible for identifying opportunities and breakthrough ideas for category expansion.
  • Engage and Align plans and perfect execution with accounts’ category heads and top-level management.
  • Prepare seasonal sales promotion, activation & product Sampling plan in MT.
  • Prepare POSM process
  • Monitor, Review and Report on all MT Trade marketing activity and result.
  • Strong Conceptual & Database Selling.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate must have 5-6 years experiences in related field, must have experience in a Leadership Role.
  • At least 1 year of experience in FMCG industry or trading field.
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
  • Decent level of competence with Microsoft Office (in particular, advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills) is essential.
  • Able to travel
