Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • To create design and deliver the statutory, mandatory and developmental requirements for new and existing staff across all areas of the organization.
  • Conduct training needs assessment and identify skills or competency gaps that need to be addressed and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house).
  • Monitor regulatory requirements for staff training and competence and ensure that all requirements and subsequent changes are reflected in all statutory and mandatory training.
  • Map out annual training plans & budgets for onboarding and refresher training program.
  • Assist HR Manager to create design and deliver learning & Development (L&D) solutions to support the organizational change and development outline in the overall L&D strategy using a blend of methodologies including computer based, self-managed learning, remote delivery, management cascade, class room and on job learning as appropriate.
  • To keep up to date with current thinking on training practice and methods; e-learning development and ‘rapid’ on-line software technology.
  • Assist HR Manager to develop Career Path and Succession Plan.
  • Involve the implementation HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist the staff safety & security process.
  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
  • Support and involve HR branding like kind of Career Road Show Program.
  • Design, prepare and conduct the Training Evaluation.

Job Requirements

  • A good academic background with HR Degree or Diploma
  • At least 3 years working experience in learning & development function.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent written communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely express analytical conclusions and recommended actions.
  • Must be in computer literate with numerical skill and Microsoft Office Suit
  • Excellent of verbal and written in English is advantage and able to travel.
  • Must have knowledge Myanmar Labor laws
  • Able to create & develop training requirement and course outlines.
