•Organize, file and systematically maintain documents in hard or electronic form
•Gather information needed for legal matters as directed by Legal Counsel
•Prepare written reports to assist Legal Counsel with preparation for court hearings and other legal processes, and meetings
•Draft correspondence, legal documents, contracts and other documents and directed by Legal Counsel
•File exhibits, briefs, appeals and other legal documents with the court as directed by Legal Counsel
•Arrange appointments with external counsel and other parties as directed by Legal Counsel
•File company documents in relevant government ministries
