Legal Manager is responsible for overseeing the legal aspects of residential property sales and transactions, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies. The role provides expert legal advice, mitigates risks, and coordinates with internal teams to protect the company’s interests in all property-related matters. 

 

  • Review and ensure legal accuracy and compliance of residential sales contracts. 

  • Provide legal advice on property transactions and identify potential legal risks. 

  • Coordinate with internal teams to safeguard the company’s interests. 

  • Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law with strong knowledge of real estate and contract law. 

  • Minimum 5 years of legal experience, preferably in property or real estate sector. 

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
