Key Responsibilities

1. Communication & Coordination

  • Act as the main point of contact between the company and external organizations.
  • Maintain effective communication with government departments, business partners, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and official visits.
  • Deliver accurate information between departments and external parties.

2. Government & Regulatory Relations

  • Process licenses, permits, approvals, and official documentation.
  • Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies regarding legal or operational requirements.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Assist in handling audits, inspections, and official inquiries.

3. Administrative Support

  • Prepare letters, reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
  • Maintain records of communications, agreements, and official documents.
  • Follow up on pending approvals, submissions, and requests.
  • Organize travel arrangements and event coordination if required.

4. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain positive professional relationships with stakeholders.
  • Represent the company during meetings, negotiations, and community interactions.
  • Handle complaints or disputes professionally and diplomatically.
  • Support partnership development and networking activities.

5. Operational Support

  • Coordinate project activities between departments and external partners.
  • Monitor project progress and report updates to management.
  • Ensure deadlines and commitments are met.

6. Reporting

  • Prepare regular status reports for management.
  • Track communication activities and project updates.
  • Report risks, delays, or issues affecting operations.

Job Requirements

  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Experience in administration/customer service is preferred
  • Able to work with different people and organizations
  • Good English skills are an advantage
  • Responsible, organized, and professional
  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience preferred
