Job Description

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop short-term and long-term marketing strategies to support the company's sales growth and business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to analyze competitors, customer behavior, and industry trends, and identify new business opportunities.

2. Digital Marketing & Advertising

  • Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and the company website.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging content, including articles, graphics, and videos, to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

3. Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and supervise the marketing team, including designers, content writers, and sales support staff, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Work closely with the Sales team and other departments to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and business goals.

4. Budget Management & Performance Analysis

  • Prepare, manage, and monitor the marketing budget to ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources.
  • Measure campaign performance using key metrics and data analytics, evaluate Return on Investment (ROI), and prepare regular performance reports for management.

5. Brand Development & Awareness

  • Develop and strengthen the company's brand image by increasing public awareness, customer trust, and market recognition of the company's products and services.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and campaign performance.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and project management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
  • Willingness to travel, if required.
