An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Export rate filing with Local Carriers and Import rate filing with foreign partners
  • Handling export, import of ocean and air booking, Bill of lading process, monitoring receipt/ payment settling for local charges.
  • Responsible to have time, accurate report, prealert docs, email sending to customer and in time data entry in system.
  • Update shipment status to customers, business development department and overseas agents
  • Filling documents properly as per company’s procedures.
  • Payment Follow up with internal finance team and vendors.
  • Solve Customers and Operation relating to Customs Documents.
  • Draw the schedule and deliver to the customer.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years working experiences at Freight Forwarding and Logistics Service Industry
  • Business Level in English both written and spoken
  • Excellent organization skills and able to work independently
  • Well knowledge on Local Customs Clearance Processing
  • Good at MS Office Skills
  • Able to work under pressure
