Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

- Prepare documents (rice/bean export), B/L,  commercial invoices, packing lists, and Certificates of Origin.

-Liaise with shippers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and agents to coordinate bookings, confirm shipping instructions, and track shipments.

- Negotiate and process LC documentation

- Address and resolve any issues related to document discrepancies, customs delays, or cargo issues promptly

Job Requirements

- Previous experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics is usually required.

- proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel), knowledge of Incoterms, and familiarity with customs regulations.

- High accuracy in data entry.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Effective communication skills for coordinating with international stakeholders, (English 4 skills, Able to speak Chinese is more prefer)
