Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

    1. Prepare proforma invoice and the sale contract, and apply import license.
    2. Inquiry for ocean freight, insurance, and others.
    3. Communicate with customers, suppliers, and third-party service providers to ensure the draft and required shipping documents are in line with their requirements.
    4. Submit and check the required documents to the MOC and other related governmental offices accordingly
    5. Communicate with the operations team, collaborate with the logistics partner to check the delivery schedule, and inform the relevant department accordingly
    6. Prepare the required documents for the shipping document for the clearance process
    7. Perform other duties as required
    8. Weekly, Monthly report to manager

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate.
  • Over 3 years of experience in the related field.
  • Prior experience in the logistics field and sound knowledge of shipping methods, Border methods, and Myanmar Customs
  • Age must be over 25 years.
  • Chinese Language communication level.
