Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

 

  • Prepare proforma invoice and the sale contract, and apply import license.
  • Inquiry for ocean freight, insurance, and others.
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers, and third-party service providers to ensure the draft and required shipping documents are in line with their requirements.
  • Submit and check the required documents to the MOC and other related governmental offices accordingly
  • Communicate with the operations team, collaborate with the logistics partner to check the delivery schedule, and inform the relevant department accordingly
  • Prepare the required documents for the shipping document for the clearance process
  • Perform other duties as required
  • Weekly, Monthly report to manager

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate.
  • Over 3 years of experience in the related field.
  • Prior experience in the logistics field and sound knowledge of shipping methods, Border methods, and Myanmar Customs
  • Age must be over 25 years.
  • Chinese Language communication level.
