Supervise a team of logistics coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
Ensure efficient planning for Logistics process of Application for permit of Import & Export, Cargo Clearance without delay, checking shipping documents and delivery times.
Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, such as delivery times, order accuracy, and transportation costs, and take corrective action as necessary.
Maintain compliance with safety regulations and ensure that all logistics operations are conducted safely and efficiently.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of logistics equipment, such as trucks and forklifts, and ensure that they are properly maintained and serviced.
Estimating the Duty & Taxes for upcoming shipment or other plan/issues.
Ensure HSE policy and procedure is in place to ensure compliance with regulations.
Prepare and present logistics reports to senior management.

Job Requirements

Any graduate (or) Recognized Diploma for Logistics Procedure/ Custom Clearance Agent/Supply Chain
Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics & Supply Chain management
Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
Ability to work extended hours
Prefered live township in Hlaing Thar Yar, Insein and Shwe Pyi Thar
