Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

To initiate purchase orders based on Sales team requests and obtain necessary approvals from the Finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
To follow up purchase order progress, verify required delivery dates, and coordinate with suppliers and the Sales team to ensure timely receipt of goods.
To assist in license application process in order to smooth operational flow.
To maintain and update data related to inventory, shipment, freight, and purchase order status to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
To handle courier shipment process properly and record all shipping date and freight cost of coruier shipments.
To assist in preparation the required documents for ISO auditing assessment

Job Requirements

Any Graduate, Preferably Diploma in Supply Chain Management.
Preferred 1 year in experience at logistics management, including proficiency in regulatory compliance, supply chain optimization.
Advanced proficiency in logistics software and technologies essential for optimizing operations and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Driving logistics teams towards operational excellence.
