Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Manage logistics operations and monitor stock movements.
Prepare and maintain import documentation, including Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (BL), and related documents.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, agents, and suppliers to ensure smooth import operations.
Handle online Import License applications and approval processes.
Manage import permit applications and obtain necessary approvals from relevant authorities.
Support Bank Telegraphic Transfer (TT) processes and related documentation.
Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Logistics, Import, or Supply Chain Management.
Candidates with experience in handling import licenses, trade documentation, and shipping coordination processes will be given preference.
Experience in trading, medical device, or pharmaceutical companies will be highly preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
