  • Managing overall projects and discuss Electrical & Plumbing works with clients, proposed Electrical & Plumbing Design
  • Proposed Drawing & Revise Drawing
  • Prepared Estimate and BQ
  • Analyzing & comparing market prices before the quotation proposal
  • Making Contractor Contract for Electrical & Plumbing works
  • Negotiate Materials Design with clients and supply to Site Operation
  • Installation and Site Inspection
  • Testing & Commissioning
  • Other specific duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • BE, B.Tech, AGTI
  • (3-5) years experiences in related field
  • Proficiency with Auto CAD Drawing, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Internet & Email
  • To Prepare and Calculate BE & BQ
  • Plumbing & Sanitary experience
  • Negotiation & Coordination skill and knowledge with ID works
  • Able to draw Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary Design
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
