Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in all office buildings (including two 2-story buildings and one single-story building).
Repair and maintain wiring, switches, sockets, and other electrical components.
Manage the PABX phone line system and ensure smooth functionality.
Monitor power supply systems and ensure minimal downtime.
Maintain and ensure proper functioning of office equipment such as copiers, CCTV systems, and other electronic devices.
Perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment failures.
Monitor the CCTV network system, ensure cameras and storage systems are working efficiently.
Handle minor repairs and coordinate with service providers for major issues.
Conduct general maintenance of the buildings, including plumbing, carpentry, and other small repairs.
Inspect and maintain HVAC systems to ensure comfortable working conditions.
Oversee generator usage and ensure backup power is available when required.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and address any safety concerns in the office premises.
Respond promptly to emergencies and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain and monitor fire alarm and safety equipment.
Work closely with the administration team for maintenance schedules and budgeting.
Coordinate with external vendors or contractors for specialized repairs or installations.

Job Requirements

Diploma or certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, preferably in an office environment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with PABX systems, CCTV networks, and office equipment maintenance.
Good communication and coordination skills.
