M-Kitchen is a promising business venture focused on sourcing and selling commodities produced in Myanmar.

The department serves local B2B distributors, SMEs and B2C customers by offering price competitive products and a reliable supply chain.

As Corporate Sales Manager, your responsibility is to grow the Corporate channel and meet business and sales targets.

You lead the Corporate sales team to develop M-Kitchen. You report to the M-Kitchen Head of Department.

  • Manage the existing Corporate clients portfolio and identify new clients. 

  • Convert your clients into long term clients with regular orders.

  • Monitor your market price and make regular market price surveys.

  • Identify new sales opportunities on the market (products, promotions, services).

  • Provide sales forecast for Corporate channel.

  • Monitor and analyse KPIs on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of team members.

  • Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, development, and motivation.

Job Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of successful experience in Corporate sales

  • Demonstrated experience in negotiating with top level executives

  • Proven ability to collaborate across various departments, with a focus on results

Qualification

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, email platforms, and ERP systems.

  • Strong communication skills in both Burmese and English, written and verbal.
