  • Must possess a university degree. Must hold a certificate related to Sales & Marketing.
  • Must be between 25 and 35 years of age.
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor in the FMCG industry.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must be willing and able to travel.
  • Must be able to develop Sales Plans and Way Plans, and explore new markets.
  • Must be someone who studies Creative Thinking, Concepts, and Human Behavior, and can implement strategies methodically.
  • Must be a team player with good character, honesty, and a hard-working attitude.
  • Must be able to comply with and meet the company's set rules and targets.
  • Must be able to manage tasks effectively and lead a team competently.
  • Must possess strong leadership skills to train, guide, and mentor subordinates.

Job Requirements

  • Lead and drive the performance and sales growth of the team members under your supervision.
  • Develop Weekly and Monthly Plans to increase sales.
  • Implement activities to increase the sales volume of existing clients.
  • Search for new customers and explore new markets.
  • Present Regional Development Plans.
  • Work to achieve the targets set by the company.
  • Strive to fulfill customers' needs in the best way possible.
  • Monitor and report on competitors' marketing activities and sales prices in a timely manner.
  • Report sales-related challenges and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely product delivery.
  • Conduct daily team meetings to provide necessary instructions and plan for sales improvement.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with old customers and build trust with new customers by
  • carefully managing both pre-sale and after-sale services.
