Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or related field (e.g., CRM, negotiation, sales leadership)
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, account management, or business development
  • Strong ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close deals
  • Ability to negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnerships
  • Partnership development and key account management
  • Strong client-relationship management skills
  • Proficient in English speaking and writing.
  • Ability to collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams
  • Strong MS Office / Google Workspace skills (especially Excel & PPT)
  • Understanding of digital marketing, funnels, and analytics (advantage)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • High professionalism and customer-focused mindset
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports
  • Team leadership or mentoring experience
  • Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and events.
