  • Able to calculate and estimate for construction and decoration works
  • Priority will be given to applicants with at least 2 years of experience as a QS Engineer
  • Calculate Project Quotation and Explain the quotation to Clinents
  • Estimate BOQ and control materials,Cost coordinate with SE Check the material order from site and order to PO team
  • Manage the material submission
  • Compare the sub-con pricing and report CEO and OD, QSM 
  • Site survey before Quotation
  • Prepare VO Quotation and claim

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) graduate
  • Experience in building construction & Interior Decoration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD (2D/3D)
  • Able to calculate and estimate for construction and decoration works
  • Priority will be given to applicants with at least 2 years of experience as a QS Engineer
