Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

-Able to calculate and estimate for construction and decoration works

-Priority will be given to applicants with at least 2 years of experience as a QS Engineer

-Calculate Project Quotation and Explain the quotation to Clinents

-Estimate BOQ and control materials,Cost coordinate with SE Check the material order from site and order to PO team

-Manage the material submission
-Compare the sub-con pricing and report CEO and OD, QSM 

-Site survey before Quotation

-Prepare VO Quotation and claim

Job Requirements

-Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) graduate

-Experience in building construction & Interior Decoration

-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD (2D/3D)

-Able to calculate and estimate for construction and decoration works

-Priority will be given to applicants with at least 2 years of experience as a QS Engineer
