The Management Trainee – CEO Office will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to gain exposure to strategic planning, business operations, and executive decision-making. This role is designed to develop high-potential future leaders by providing hands-on experience in cross-functional projects, business analysis, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Business Support

  • Assist the CEO in the strategic planning and execution of key business initiatives.

  • Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend studies.

  • Prepare professional business presentations, proposals, and reports for executive meetings.

  • Support the CEO in monitoring company-wide KPIs and performance metrics.

2. Executive Coordination

  • Attend leadership meetings to record minutes and track action items for follow-up.

  • Coordinate communication and project updates across various departments.

  • Monitor the progress of strategic projects to ensure timely completion.

  • Assist in the preparation of board meeting materials and executive-level reports.

3. Project Management

  • Participate in high-impact company projects and organizational transformation initiatives.

  • Analyze operational data and provide data-driven recommendations for improvements.

  • Support the implementation of new business processes and systems.

  • Monitor project timelines, identify potential risks, and track deliverables.

4. Business Analysis & Reporting

  • Gather and analyze financial and operational data to identify trends.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and monthly performance reports.

  • Proactively identify business risks and growth opportunities.

  • Provide actionable insights to support executive decision-making processes.

5. Leadership Development

  • Shadow the CEO to understand executive leadership and decision-making frameworks.

  • Gain cross-functional exposure by working with multiple departments.

  • Actively build leadership, communication, and complex problem-solving skills.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • MBA is a strong advantage.

Experience

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of professional experience.

  • Internship experience in business, strategy, or consulting is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Strong analytical, research, and data interpretation skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Proven ability in data reporting and presentation writing.
