About the job

 

The incumbent will report directly to the Senior Manager, Trade Marketing, and will be responsible for the following key responsibilities,

Events

  • Lead the event execution across all brands to help brand deliver the desired brand experience.
  • Lead the planning and execution of outlet events and collaborate with related brand manager to create the desired brand experience in our outlet partners.
  • Leading sponsorship strategy, including (but not restricted to) sponsor partner decision, execution, maximizing sponsorship properties.
  • Manage the event agencies, including agency selection, KPI setting and job monitoring and evaluation.

Consumer Activations

  • Develop activation ideas which are fitting with brand direction and executable in outlets by brand promoters across all brands.
  • Leading the on-ground trial program.
  • Co work and liaise with cross functional team Sale, BM, BA and CM to successfully execute the on-ground activation or events.
  • Support and co-work with BM to consolidate the pre/post evaluation report of activations and events.

Job Requirements

Education & Qualifications

  • University (Post) graduate with business related major.
  • Experienced IT user – MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Fluency in major Burmese dialect.

Experience

  • 3 - 5 yrs experiences in consumer activation and events field or experience marketer.
  • Track record of successful end-to-end delivery of event projects and programmes, from briefing and conceptualisation to onsite build and supplier management.
  • A solid understanding of experiential marketing and brand experience across the industry including insights, measurement, and best practice.
  • Experience in managing complex event production and event logistics.
  • Agency and third-party supplier management.
  • Previous brand experience, activation, or sponsorship at a manager level.
  • Retail marketing experience with a B2C brand.
  • A passion for creating & delivering innovative ideas and experience.
