We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager to oversee and manage the growth and development of one or more of our brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing annual brand plans, ensuring the brand’s visibility across various channels, managing budgets, and leading the brand team to deliver impactful marketing campaigns in line with market trends and consumer demands. The role requires strategic oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous analysis to ensure brand growth and success

  • Formulate, implement, and oversee the annual brand plans to ensure brand objectives are met.

  • Maintain a balanced approach to brand-building and sales-driven activities in annual planning.

  • Closely monitor and analyze sales volumes, market share trends, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

  • Conduct analysis of customer research, market conditions, and competitor performance.

  • Determine and manage the brand’s budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

  • Ensure marketing activities are within budget and meet financial targets.

  • Coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities related to the brand to drive visibility and sales.

  • Develop and implement creative thematic concepts and promotional campaigns in collaboration with brand development and commercial teams.

  • Ensure marketing activities are consumer- and customer-relevant, result-oriented, and align with brand positioning.

  • Work closely with internal departments such as commercial, sales, product development, and design teams to develop and execute integrated brand strategies.

  • Ensure brand visibility across relevant communication channels by developing effective cross-functional communication with all departments.

  • Guide and motivate the brand team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Monitor and support the team in achieving key performance indicators and brand objectives.
  • Regularly monitor, review, and report on brand activity and results to senior management
  • Use performance data to make adjustments and improve marketing strategies.
  • Leverage creativity and innovation, specifically within the Myanmar context, to develop impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
  • Ensure the sustainable growth of the brand by identifying new opportunities and continuously improving brand performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, with a focus on strategic brand development.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and drive actionable insights.

  • Experience in managing budgets and allocating resources efficiently.

  • Expertise in developing creative marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Leadership abilities to guide and motivate a team.

  • Familiarity with the Myanmar market and consumer behavior is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
