Job Description

  • Assist in developing and executing brand strategies, marketing plans, and promotional activities to drive brand growth and market share.
  • Support the Brand Manager in managing the product portfolio, including product launches, packaging updates, and product lifecycle management.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify consumer trends, market opportunities, and business insights.
  • Monitor brand performance, sales trends, and marketing campaign effectiveness, and prepare regular reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Production, R&D, and Finance to ensure successful execution of brand initiatives.
  • Work closely with advertising agencies, media partners, and suppliers to develop marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
  • Assist in planning and managing marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
  • Support the development of consumer engagement programs, digital marketing activities, and brand activation events.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels, packaging, promotional materials, and customer touchpoints.
  • Participate in product innovation projects by gathering consumer insights and supporting new product development initiatives.
  • Track industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging food market trends to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare presentations, business reviews, and management reports related to brand performance and marketing activities.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Product Management, or a related role within the FMCG, food, beverage, or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of brand management principles, consumer behavior, and market research methodologies.
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and consumer insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
