Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • User Acquisition Strategy
  • Develop and implement end-to-end user acquisition strategies for mobile app sign-ups and active engagement.
  • Identify growth opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and segmentation.
  • Plan multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, offline activations, referral programs) to maximize acquisition ROI
  • Demand Generation Campaigns
  • Own the end-to-end demand generation process, from campaign ideation to execution and optimization.
  • Develop, test, and scale campaigns for acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  •  Manage paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, affiliate networks and other channels.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization 
  • Track and analyze KPIs such as installs, registrations, transaction frequency, and active users.

  •  Optimize campaigns based on data insights to maximize efficiency and ROI.

  • Provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Collaboration & Integration

  • Work closely with Brand & Marcom, Product, Partnerships, and Loyalty teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop campaign assets.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, media agencies, and affiliates.
  • Growth & Retention Initiatives
  • Implement strategies to convert acquired users into loyal, active customers.
  • Plan campaigns to reactivate dormant users and increase transaction frequency.
  • Data-driven decision-making and analytical mindset
  • Collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in user acquisition, growth marketing, or demand generation roles.
  • Proven experience with performance marketing and digital campaigns in mobile apps or fintech.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tracking tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with paid digital channels, referral programs, CRM, and campaign automation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of fintech or digital wallets is a strong advantage.
