JOB PURPOSE

• Responsible for the production and creation of graphic design or multimedia content and visual communication. Projects include  production of corporate magazines, newsletters and  engagement videos.
• To prepare and perform creative and innovative ideas in Corporate Communications campaigns in order to enhance employees’ involvement, engagement and understandability in company’s objectives and goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure understanding of corporate  communications policy, strategy and campaigns and work on creative in line with the strategy .
• Drive the development, execution and measurement of corporate communications program
• Managing and contributing to channels (internal and external) through content development, execution and measurement .
• Responsible for the production and creation of graphic design or multimedia content and visual communication.
• Plan content, storyline , produce video and edit. Conceptualize and create visual communication solutions and content for Employees and Customers across various channels to support company initiatives.
• Prepare storyline, content and work collaboratively with stakeholders to produce monthly corporate newsletter, magazine.
• End to end video creation ,Visual communication, photo and video shoots & production, and other projects requiring creative assistance.
• Provide recommendations on people activities to ensure effectiveness of communications and accuracy of the message conveyed, as well as to ensure business and other requirements are met.
• Continuously update oneself with changes in related trends, which affect tools, processes, systems, and frameworks relevant to the role, in order to maintain knowledge levels required to perform complicated tasks within dynamic nature of business.
• Develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and support in creative design thinking and visuals.
• Must be able to work under pressure, flexible working hour for any assigned tasks with limited deadlines upon Ad-hoc requests & directions from Top Management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Education

• Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant field such as Creative Design, Digital Artwork, Video Production
• Fluency in both Myanmar and English (written and verbal), with strong presentation, writing, and communication skills.
• Certification or training in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools is highly desirable

Experience

• Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in public relations, visual and creative design, infographic development, digital artwork, and corporate communications, preferably in an international context.
• Proven ability to develop, execute, and measure corporate communication programs and campaigns across various channels.
• Experience in end-to-end video creation, including conceptualizing, storyline preparation, editing, and production.
• Strong background in preparing and managing corporate newsletters, magazines, and other content-driven publications.
• Familiarity with social media practices, tools, and techniques to manage both internal and external communication channels effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

• Design and Multimedia Expertise: Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft PowerPoint, Publisher, and other design and video production software.
• Content Development: : Ability to develop storylines, generate ideas, and create engaging content (visuals, videos, and key visuals) for various corporate communication initiatives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Strong relationship-building skills to work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders, providing creative support aligned with business goals and initiatives.
• Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy and consistency in messaging and design, adhering to corporate guidelines, policies, and standards.
