Assist in identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, technology providers, and regulatory bodies.
Support the management of existing partnerships, ensuring they are productive and aligned with the company’s goals.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new partnership opportunities and emerging trends within the FinTech and digital wallet industries.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on market data and competitive landscape.
Coordinate with various departments and government offices to ensure alignment of partnership activities with overall business objectives.
Assist in the negotiation and drafting of partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Support the execution of partnership agreements and track the progress of ongoing initiatives.
Provide exceptional support to partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Work with the marketing team to design and implement joint marketing campaigns and promotional activities that drive partner engagement and business growth.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and enhance the company's reputation.
Execute tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Any bachelor degree holder but preferably Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Basic understanding of digital wallets, financial services, or fintech is a plus.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the partnership management field.
Previous experience in partnership management, business development, sales and customer service can be advantageous.
