Job Purpose

Responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance of user registration processes across our platforms with internal policies, regulatory requirements from Post and Telecommunications Department (PTD) and industry best practices. This role involves analyzing user onboarding procedures, identifying potential risks or data inconsistencies, and working with cross-functional teams and PTD to maintain integrity, security, and regulatory compliance of user data.

Principle Accountabilities:

• Conduct audits of the user registration process, including identity verification, account creation, and user data collection.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory frameworks, especially PTD (Post and Telecommunications Department) guidelines.
• Monitor and report suspicious activities, or fraudulent registrations.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Product, and Internal Regulatory teams to ensure registration workflows are implemented securely and in compliance with standards.
• Lead the development and implementation of system requirements aligned with PTD guidelines and other applicable data protection regulations.
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all interactions with PTD, ensuring clear communication and timely submission of required documentation.
• Manage and train team members on data accuracy, compliance protocols, and proper documentation standards.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior leadership.
• Stay current with changes in legal, regulatory, and industry standards affecting user registration and data processing.
• Review and document contracts to verify the inclusion and accuracy of all required user data.
• Ensure all required data and metadata are submitted to PTD and other relevant authorities in a timely and accurate manner.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Public Policy or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in audit, regulatory compliance, government relationships or public affairs.
• Proven experience in managing relationships with government officials, regulators, and industry groups.
• Familiarity with PTD guidelines, data protection laws, and user data handling best practices.
• Strong negotiation, lobbying, and public speaking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, briefings, and presentations for senior management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict regulatory deadlines.
