  1. Parade the production line, check the quality of the product, the on -site GMP and the device running status.
  2. View the output production and production efficiency of the day before.
  3. Check the report of the production department.
  4. Check the utilization rate of raw materials.
  5. With leader, technician and production supervisor organization meeting discussed the problems the day before the discussion.
  6. Coordinate other departments to analyze and solve problems.
  7. Confirm that the number of raw materials in the warehouse meets production needs.
  8. Track the progress of the daily production, adjust the production plan in time, and complete the production tasks on schedule.
  9. Open the computer, check the email and reply.

Job Requirements

  • BE (Mechanical) or Electrical, and other relevant Certificate.
  • Mature Candidate (Under 40 years)
  • At least (5) years of progressive experience as Manufacturing/Production in FMCG Industrial Fields,
  • Preferred Purified Drinking Water experiences related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of factory management system including; production, manpower etc.
  • Experience with HACCP, FSSC, ISO, GMP, 5S, TQM System.
  • Strong organizational, supervisory and team building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to gain co-workers respect while motivating production workers and supervisor.
  • Hands on knowledge of efficient production scheduling and controlling.
  • Proven ability in developing standards, managing processes, inventory control, reporting skills, analyzing information, equipment maintenance and good judgment.
  • Good communication in English Language.
