  • Drive business growth by planning and delivering integrated marketing communication strategies that strengthen brand positioning, increase customer engagement, and support revenue, acquisition, and retention goals.
  • Ensure message consistency and impact by translating business and marketing objectives into clear, compelling communications across all channels, optimizing campaign effectiveness and return on marketing investment.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing communication plans aligned with business, brand, and revenue objectives.
  • Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches from concept to post-campaign evaluation.
  • Collaborate closely with respective Business Unit to ensure campaigns drive measurable business impact.
  • Manage content development, creative assets, and communication calendars to meet timelines and quality standards.
  • Monitor campaign performance, customer response, and market trends; optimize messaging and channels to improve ROI.
  • Control marketing communication budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and effective resource allocation.
  • Protect and enhance brand identity by enforcing brand guidelines and communication standards.

Job Requirements

  • Years of experience needed : Minium (4) years of experience in marketing communications, brand, or integrated marketing roles, with proven campaign management experience.
  • Education level : Bachelor degree. Post graduate or Diploma in Marketing, Communication, Business, Economics or a related field is preferrable.
  • Required Skills Set :
  1. Strong understanding of brand strategy, customer journey, and multi-channel communication (ATL, BTL, digital, social, PR).
  2. Proven ability to translate business objectives into clear, impactful marketing messages and campaigns.
  3. Experience working with creative, media, and digital agencies; strong briefing and project management skills.
  4. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance, insights, and ROI.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines and budgets.
