  • Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
  • Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services Submit budget requests for marketing activities and track, manage, and monitor campaign and activity budgets
  • Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
  • Works with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels.
  • Create department Budget for marketing annually and work within the budget. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
  • Manage and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
  • Manage and monitor the CRM and Shopper management program and membership database. Organizes membership activities, developments. Updates and distributes information to current members as well as prospective members.
  • Oversees membership customer service process or system to ensure members are satisfies.
  • Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition.
  • Interviews, hires, and trains marketing staff members. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
  • Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.
  • Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to Centre Manager and Management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a Related Field.
  • Marketing Strategy, Media Channels, Client Relationships, Creativity, Adaptability, Research, Analysis, Writing, Public Speaking, Interpersonal Communication, Leadership, People Management, Detail-Orientated, Budgeting, Organization, Multi-Tasking.
  • Ideally have work experience in visual, marketing, and retail field experience is preferred. Minimum 4/5 years of working experience in Sales & marketing will be considered.
  • Experience with desktop publishing, marketing automation, and CRM systems
  • Fluent in English and Burmese
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including writing for digital communications
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
