Assist in developing and executing marketing communication strategies aligned with brand and sales objectives
Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials and touchpoints
Coordinate ATL, BTL, and TTL marketing activities
Manage and support digital marketing content (social media, website, messaging platforms)
Coordinate with agencies for creative design, content, and media buying
Monitor campaign performance and prepare communication effectiveness reports
Develop marketing materials to support distributors, wholesalers, and retailers (POSM, brochures, leaflets, posters)
Support trade promotions, product launches, and in-store activation programs
Work closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to align campaigns with field execution

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
3–5 years of experience in Marketing Communication, Trade Marketing, or FMCG distribution
Experience working with distributors and retail channels is a strong advantage
Proficiency in MS Office; basic design or digital tools knowledge is a plus
Strong understanding of marketing communication and branding
Experience in trade marketing or distribution environment
