Job Description

  • Develop and oversee marketing strategies across all brands (hair care, skincare, cosmetics).
  • Ensure alignment of branding, messaging, and promotional efforts across categories.
  • Supervise the planning and execution of large-scale events, product launches, and cross-category campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Brand Managers to align on strategies, goals, and execution timelines.
  • Allocate tasks effectively to the stylist team, design team, digital team, and the broader marketing team.
  • Assess team members’ skills, performance, and responsibilities to optimize team effectiveness and output.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to enhance team performance and accountability.
  • Oversee plans and routes of the merchandising team to ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
  • Communicate upcoming events, campaigns, and scopes in advance to ensure seamless execution.

  • Coordinate closely with merchandising teams for in-store promotions, product placements, and events.
  • Supervise the planning and implementation of 360° campaigns and other initiatives.
  • Ensure all events and campaigns are executed within budget and timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-impact promotional activities.
  • Develop and refine annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans for all brands.
  • Monitor the progress of marketing activities, analyze results, and implement improvements.
  • Provide comprehensive reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and ROI.
  • Oversee digital strategies and ensure alignment with brand goals.
  • Work with digital teams and agencies to monitor performance and audience engagement.
  • Stay updated on digital trends to incorporate innovative strategies into campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably across diverse product categories.
  • Proven track record in overseeing cross-functional teams and large-scale campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency in digital and traditional marketing tools and platforms.
  • Adaptable, results-driven, and able to perform under pressure.
