Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Develop trade marketing strategy in accordance to company guideline, focusing on price, place and promotion mix.
  • Responsible for translating category insight into customer/channel-specific plans by  leveraging multi-sourcing data to identify growth potential
  • Create a winning promotional plans as an enabler to achieve sales performance both short and long-term.
  • Budget management and promotion optimization
  • Responsible for in-store management to ensure an effective point-of-sales strategy and operations i.e. category management, planogram, visibility and merchandising for perfect execution at store level
  • Manage from end-to-end operation work from visibility/premium guideline, production and installation by merchandiser team
  • Drive a clear work-flow and expertise for merchandiser both on-premise and off-premise channel
  • Manage a sub-function and work-flow within trade marketing department from strategic trade functions to trade operations with a clear performance KPI
  • Drive the collaboration with cross functions as well as IB-trade marketing (BKK),for key activities such to ensure a smooth, efficient, and synergized plans towards the success of Osotspa’s business
  • Co-lead JBP with key customers, identify issue and opportunity as well as create a collaboration for long term success
  • New initiative/New channel development

Job Requirements

Education and professional Qualifications :

  • Master/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics or related field.
  • At least 5-7 years on direct experience in Trade Marketing (FMCG) with 3-5 team members(preferable Beverage)
  • Highly respected track records in multinational company
  • Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
  • Effective and efficient way of communication to team members and others to ensure the success of the business outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly adaptive to changes and tolerant to difficult situations
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Enthusiastic and Agile
  • Passionate to win/high energy
  • Good listening skill
  • Possess good collaboration
