Job Summary
To provide the best service to the customers who wish to seek medical treatment at our partnered hospitals and clinics        

Job Description
•    To provide pre-consultation to customers by reviewing the medical records and advise the options for the further treatment plan at the concerned hospital based on the provided medical conditions 
•    To assist in getting the specialist's opinion prior to the customer's visit as well as after the visit regarding the investigation results and further plan
•    To provide one-stop service to customers in order to facilitate their hospital visit including doctor appointment, flight ticket arrangement, airport pick up service and accommodation nearby places of the hospital 
•    To coordinate with the related parties for teleconsultation service
•    To assist in getting the medical reports at the partnered hospitals and clinics
•    To make follow-up calls to our customers after their hospital visit for feedbacks which will guide us to provide better services 
•    To coordinate with the respective partnered hospital team in order to provide quality service to our customers 
•    To coordinate with local medical officers of local hospital for admission upon arrival/stretcher/air ambulance cases to obtain detailed medical status of the patient intending to provide the smooth transfer 
•    To participate in the event such as public seminar/ health talk in respective assigned duties as a team 
•    To assist in translating the health-related articles for newsletters and brochures
•    To inform and report the customer’s feedback to the senior in a timely manner 
•    To submit weekly report
•    To perform any other tasks as duty assigned

•    M.B.,B.S (or) BDS
•    Previous sound experience in health care service is preferred
•    Excellent customer service with compassion and empathy
•    Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours (overtime) as required
•    Ability to handle multiple high urgency requests concurrently in a reliable manner (Time management skill)
•    Problem solving skill
•    Ability to learn up-to-date and advanced intervention
•    Ability to work in a team
•    Fluency in both spoken and written English
•    Sound computer literacy
