• Production & Performance: Meet daily/monthly targets, analyze results, take corrective action for deviations, manage reject rate.
• Team Leadership: Communicate goals, manage shift/line leaders, develop staff, handle performance assessments, foster teamwork.
• Quality & Standards: Implement quality processes, prepare for audits, ensure standards (QMS, 5S) are followed, handle maintenance communication.
• Resource & Process Management: Optimize equipment use, manage raw materials, assist with recruitment/headcount, support logistics planning.
• Continuous Improvement: Deploy Kaizen mindset, implement action plans for quality improvement, use problem-solving tools.
• Reporting: Ensure data is reported via SAP and other systems, communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Engineering Diploma (or) Degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical) 
• Experience: 3+ years in manufacturing, especially in FMCG with GMP, HACCP, and FSSC.
• Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, communication, MS Office, SAP proficiency, and ability to communicate in English/Local language.
• Must be very proficient in Microsoft Excel for document control and creation.
• Must be very disciplined, professional, and follow SOP.4M analysis and 8D report writing.
• Must be very proficient in manpower control, CT calculation, line balancing, and various improvements.
